Makernoon Life Drawing

Discover your inner artist as Gill Pedrana leads us through some quick sketches with a live model, all whilst sipping wine and eating delicious food in a cosy and relaxing studio space in Soul Food. Leave feeling inspired to make more with what you have learnt.

We shall start off by making two handmade artist books for our 5 minute sketches. Warm up sketches on cartridge paper will help us prepare for the move to our super handmade books where we will sketch at least 8 different poses from our fabulous model, doing some spontaneous drawings will stop you overthinking and you will be pleasantly surprised by what can be achieved. We will end the session with the model by drawing a longer pose on a larger size quality paper. We will then paint very quickly into the small drawings made in the artist book.

All materials are supplied in the class as well as a delicious antipasto platter and wine to enjoy whilst you are getting creative. Coffee & tea can be purchased from the cafe downstairs.
