From 2010, to 2018 (October) my role as Corporate Design & Production Coordinator for Dubbo Regional Council (formally Dubbo City Council) has involved all facets of corporate communications including brand development for various Council business, concept development for national marketing campaigns, outdoor signage, illustration, digital communications, animation and video production, print production and marketing publications.
I was also the sole designer working in the Transition Project Office throughout the Amalgamation period (1 year) providing branding for the newly created Dubbo Regional Council and communications for both internal and external markets throughout the process. Working closely with NSW Premier & Cabinet, I also provided templates for collateral that were shared among the other amalgamated councils in NSW. Once the new Council was established, I managed the re-branding of existing collateral across the LGA - across stationery, signage, transport, website, uniforms and businesses.
The role involves working closely with external contractors and printers, as well as leading other designer roles within my team. Below is just a snapshot of some of the highlights whilst at Council. More examples can be provided upon request.
